A little example…Cop "smells" alcohol on drivers breath… when driver is in car with all windows up and cop is outside. The cop wanted him to roll the window down, he didn't, the cop STILL claims to smell alcohol. Why? Because "I smell alcohol" or "I smell weed" is a lie they all use to violate the 4th amendment.
Deprivation of rights under color of law and conspiracy to deprive rights are federal crimes cops commit every day. They're going to WISH they'd been taken down by the feds when the people have had enough.

Why auditors are needed.
Cops do not know or care about the law and are violating well established rights just because they get away with it. Well, they're not going to keep getting away with it. They hate auditors but auditors are trying to teach them, but their ego gets in the way. When the people have had enough, they're going to wish they listened to the auditors.

Cop thinks citizens can be trespassed from public property because nearby business finds their sign offensive.
The most basic of well established rights, freedom to peacefully assemble and exercise free speed/expression in a traditional public forum…. and the cops think it's illegal if someone is offended.
