Female domestic enemy arrests man for free speech, which the court ruled on back in 1987 could not be criminalized.

 

In the Supreme Courts 8-1 majority opinion in City of Houston v Hill in 1987, when they invalidated as unconstitutional an ordinance that read “It shall be unlawful for any person to assault, strike or in any manner oppose, molest, abuse or interrupt any policeman in the execution of his duty, or any person summoned to aid in making an arrest.” saying“freedom of individuals verbally to oppose or challenge police action without thereby risking arrest is one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation from a police state.”

 

So why the hell is it, 38 years later cops are STILL threatening arrest and/or arresting people for exercising their constitutional right to free speech in this police state USA?

My "agenda" is for domestic enemies to stop violating the peoples rights daily across this nation while patting themselves on the back as hero protectors of liberty. Cops don't fuck with me, but I'm damn tired of them fucking with others. They're SERVANTS, they need to learn what the fuck that means and get back in their place. It's not the peoples fault they bound themselves in a chain of command, they don't get to exercise authority they weren't given on the people to satisfy their ego.
