Why? Because he hates America. Everyone in the Fed is working against you and the American people. They want you and your policies to fail so that when they steal the midterms and the next Presidential election they can happily continue destroying the nation.
The Fed is an anti-American institution whose aim is to impoverish the citizens and destroy the county.
