two ways to interpret the image:

1) Someone bad is watching someone good, and we have access to the bad guy's phone (My initial assumption), probably wrong based on feedback.

2) Someone good is watching someone bad, and we have a real close eye on them.

I'm thinking now it is number 2. Does that still qualify as Mossad? If it does, you are terribly wrong.
