Note they do this because they say that police is hiding behind children as reasons to do this… that this now how the mob operates is by using woman and Children to hide behind in this way. Notice the blue line stickers are what they hide behind but they know police are not allowed to identify themselves using things like this. Likely for reasons like this yet many bought in now the mob are using this as a tactic to imply they are police so they can get away with organized crime in this way.
