I have been trying to elicit that answer from LEOs and Government Employees since 1980 when i first noticed the phenomenon. Their silence and/or change-of-subject is the closest ive ever gotten to an answer. I can only guess that either they do not comprehend the question, or know enough to avoid a truthful answer.
For the past ten i have straight up invited 'friendly' officers to consider sitting for an interview (in shadow with voice disguised), yet they never take me up on the offer.

however there is a massive high likelihood the the modern high-tech Military (populated by tech addicted and stupefied public Skool kids) will quickly become useless in a showdown with Global SwampBlob. Id love to wrong about that, but im also not holding my breath that the Modern US Military is ever going to swoop in and save the day.
