Probably falls under Commerce Department not the Fed. Wilbur Ross should dig into this to see if it's really legit. And I am sure he's the right man for the job, nothing gets past him.
I think it's natgas, and for that frankly I think it's OK because we shouldn't be in such a hurry to sell off our natgas as LNG. But the pipeline should be opened to the countries it passes through.
