This explosive revelation came just days after President Trump remarked that Obama owed him “big” for the recent Supreme Court decision affirming presidential immunity for official acts committed while in office.

But Schoen isn’t letting Obama off the hook.

Let’s not forget — during their second failed impeachment attempt against Trump, Democrats moved the goalposts, claiming impeachment could apply even after a president leaves office.

They did this in a desperate bid to disqualify Trump from running again — a tactic that could now come back to haunt their golden boy, Barack Obama.

Schoen pointed directly to Article I, Section 3, Clause 7 of the Constitution — the very clause that Democrats used during their second sham impeachment of President Trump to argue that a former president could still be tried and barred from holding office again. In doing so, they opened the door for the same standard to apply to Obama.

“According to the Democratic Party and the House managers in the second impeachment trial, a former President, once out of office, is still subject to impeachment,” Schoen explained.

“In other words, they’ve argued Lincoln could be impeached, George Washington impeached. Certainly, as I predicted at the time, this would come back — they would rue the day — because President Obama could be impeached if this evidence really says what it says. Constitutional watchdog and founder of the Article III ProjectMike Davis recently told Benny Johnson in a separate interview that Obama has zero legal protection from prosecution for any criminal conduct after leaving office.Mike Davis explained thatpresidential immunity only protects actions taken while someone is actively serving as President.

Once they’re no longer in office, they lose that protection. So, if a former president is involved in a criminal cover-up after leaving office, they can be held legally accountable—immunity no longer applies.

That’s what most legal experts tell me — that that ruling is so sweeping, it will protect Obama for what he did in office.However, Barack Obama can now be summoned before a grand jury.

And that is a trap that Obama is potentially facing. Dr. Erika McEntarfer was promptly fired on Friday after an abysmal July jobs report. The US only added 73,000 jobs in July and the previous months were all revised down.

“Nonfarm payrolls growth totaled 73,000 for July, above the June total of 14,000 but below even the meager Dow Jones estimate for a gain of 100,000,” CNBC reported.

“June and May totals were revised sharply lower, down by a combined 258,000 from previously announced levels,” the outlet reported.

Trump said McEntarfer will be replaced with someone “much more competent and qualified.”

“I was just informed that our Country’s “Jobs Numbers” are being produced by a Biden Appointee, Dr. Erika McEntarfer, the Commissioner of Labor Statistics, who faked the Jobs Numbers before the Electionto try and boost Kamala’s chances of Victory.

In June, ex-Biden official Neera Tanden admitted under oath to the House Oversight Committee during a closed-door testimony on Tuesdaythat she controlled Joe Biden’s autopen.House Oversight Chairman James Comer recently identified five Biden aides who were involved in the cover-up of Joe Biden’s mental decline and autopen scandal.

Director of Domestic Policy Council Neera Tanden was brought before the Committee earlier this summer and admitted she was authorized to use Joe Biden’s autopen between October 2021 to May 2023. According to the Washington Examiner, NeeraTanden testified that she was also authorized to direct the autopen, however, she denied manipulation or abuse.

According to an Oversight Project press release,Tanden would utilize the autopen without actually verifying from Biden himself that it was an authorized action.

From the release: “…she would send decision memos to Biden’s inner circle with no visibility of approval between sending the memo and receiving it back. Tanden’s testimony confirms that she affixed Biden’s signature onto presidential documents without direct knowledge that Biden authorized the given action.

“Given Biden’s clearly deteriorating condition and lack of capacity, it was incumbent on Tanden to actually confirm that Biden himself was capable of and actually making decisions. Instead, it appears that a close cabal of advisors were put between the autopen and the President.”

And there’sbeen some debate over your recent testimony before the House Oversight Committee. So did you receive written sign-off from President Biden each time you used the autopen?

NEERA TANDEN: Yes. Every time I used the autopen to execute executive actions—there’s an autopen used for letters to, you know, just from the public.But whenever, every single time I used the autopen to authorize—and I didn’t use it, a career official did—but when I authorized the use of the autopen, I had the president’s signature and sometimes detailed notes on each and every time.

And so, you know, after—when I was testifying, Chairman Comer said that I was very forthcoming. So I found it very disappointing that the committee afterwards, I believe, really misled the public by saying that it wasn’t clear we got authorization. I followed the same protocol every staff secretary, I believe both Republican and Democrat, had used before me, and that was to get a president’s signature on—and I got it—twice. I had a very formal process for using it.

So, I think there’s been a lot of—I’m really glad to clarify this here because there’s been a lot of misinformation about the use of the autopen. Every time I authorized its use, President Biden had signed off himself.

Neera Tanden briefly spoke to reporters following her closed-door testimony.

When asked if there was a cover up of Joe Biden health decline, Neera Tanden said, “absolutely not.”

Appearing on Benny Johnson’s show, Gabbard revealed that a whistleblower from CISA (the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency) came forward with alarming evidence showing the government was aware of massive vulnerabilities in electronic voting machines ahead of the 2020 election, but deliberately chose to stay silent.

Some would say that that’s part of Operation Mockingbird. Some would say that that’s part of what we learned in the Church Committee—that the intel agencies were using media outlets as their mouthpieces, and that those mouthpieces would parrot the official narrative.

And I wanted to ask you: is this operation still going on? Are you aware of the intel agencies working directly with media outlets in order to push prescribed narratives that may or may not be true?

TULSIGABBARD:It’s something that we’ve already had to deal with, Benny, within this administration—where there arepeople within the intelligence community who believe that their will is more important than the will of the American people, and will weaponize intelligence by leaking it to their friends within the mainstream media with the intent of undermining President Trump’s agenda.

It is not one that he hasn’t already talked about in every rally and town hall that he did throughout the campaign. I don’t even know how many there were. But President Trump is enacting the very thing he promised the American people he would do in this election.

So people in the intelligence community—they may agree, they may disagree. That’s not the point here.

As intelligence professionals, as people who work in the national security space, in the intelligence community, they are required to fulfill their mandate—to their oath to the Constitution of the United States and to the President of the United States, who was duly elected by the American people.

Those who leak intelligence to their friends in the mainstream media with the intent of undermining the president who was elected by the American people—none of these intelligence professionals were.They are subverting the will of the people and therefore undermining the Constitution.

BENNYJOHNSON: It’s wild that you’re still having to deal with that. Call it what you will, but Operation Mockingbird—just incredible that they were just out with it. That they were using the media as government organs to push propaganda. And it’s still happening today.

TULSIGABBARD: This is why what we’re doing is so important, Benny.And this is why President Trump’s mandate in this is really critical. By exposing the truth—by exposing the bad actors within the intelligence community and in the political space who are weaponizing intelligence to advance their own political interests—is so important.

Trump deploys nuclear subs in response to Medvedev tweet

The American president has condemned what he called “foolish and inflammatory statements” by the former Russian leader

US President Donald Trump said on Friday that he has ordered two nuclear submarines to move close to Russia, citing social media comments by former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

Trump announced the decision on his Truth Social platform,condemning Medvedev’s “highly provocative” statements and claiming that “words are very important, and can often lead to unintended consequences.”

“I have ordered two Nuclear Submarines to be positioned in the appropriate regions, just in case these foolish and inflammatory statements are more than just that,” the US president wrote.

Trump has lately been locked in a bitter war of words on social media with Medvedev, who currently serves as deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council. While the US president did not elaborate, his announcement of a military response apparently relates to a post made by the Russian politician on Thursday.

Medvedev was responding to a post by Trump on Truth Social hours earlier, in which the American president branded him a “failed” former leader and warned him to “watch his words.” The former Russian head of state mocked the “nervous” reaction displayed by Trump, suggesting it only proved that “Russia is doing everything right and will continue to proceed along its own path.”

“And about India’s and Russia’s ‘dead economies’ and ‘entering very dangerous territory’ – well, let him remember his favorite movies about ‘the walking dead,’ as well as how dangerous the fabled ‘Dead Hand’ can be,” Medvedev wrote.

The latter remark referred to the legendary ‘Perimetr’ system, dating back to the Soviet era and presumed to still exist in Russia. The autonomous system is believed to be an apocalyptic dead man’s switch, capable of firing the surviving nuclear arsenal at once in ascenario where the country was hit by a devastating first strike that eliminates its leadership and breaks the chain of command responsible for ordering retaliation.

Trump unsure if sanctions ‘bother’ Putin

Washington will hit Moscow with new penalties, even if it has no effect, the US president has said

President Donald Trump has acknowledged that new US sanctions on Russia may ultimately prove ineffective, but confirmed that his administration will move forward with imposing them regardless –unless a deal to end the Ukraine conflict is reached soon.

Earlier this week, Trump dramatically shortened his original 50-day window for Russia and Ukraine to reach a peace settlement to just ten days, warning that failure to do so would trigger sweeping penalties, potentially including 100% tariffs and secondary sanctions targeting Russia’s trade partners.

“We’re going to put sanctions. I don’t know that sanctions bother him,” Trump told reporters on Thursday evening, referring to Russian President Vladimir Putin. “They know about sanctions. I know better than anybody about sanctions, and tariffs, and everything else. I don’t know if that has any effect, but we’re going to do it.”

Trump also announced that his special envoy, Steve Witkoff, will travel to Russia after visiting Israel and Gaza this week. Though no specific timeline was given, Witkoff has previously met with Putin on several occasions during past diplomatic efforts.

The acting US envoy to the UN, John Kelley,confirmed that Trump expects a ceasefire by August 8, as the president has increasingly expressed frustration with Moscow’s position in recent weeks.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov previously stated that Moscow had taken note of Trump’s comments but downplayed the threat. “We have been living under a huge number of sanctions for quite a long time,” Peskov said on Wednesday.“Of course, a certain immunity has already developed.”He reiterated that Russia remains committed to peace, but on terms that respect its interests and “new territorial realities.”

Since the 2014 Western-backed coup in Kiev and the escalation of the conflict in 2022, Russia has become the most sanctioned country in the world, with over 10,000 restrictions imposed primarily by the US and EU. Putin has stated that the sanctions have largely failed, arguing that Moscow has adapted economically and cannot be intimidated.

The French president has criticized the bloc’s recent trade deal with the US

The EU was not “feared enough” during negotiations with the US on the newly-signed trade agreement between the two, French President Emmanuel Macron has said, according to Euractiv.

The agreement, concluded on Sunday during talks between US President Donald Trump and European Commission head Ursula von der Leyen sets a 15% tariff on the majority of EU exports to the US. Brussels also committed to investing $600 billion in the US economy and buying $750 billion in American energy over the next three years. The US, however, will not face any EU tariffs on its exports.

“To be free, you have to be feared, and we haven’t been feared enough,” Macron told the Council of Ministers in Paris on Wednesday, according to two attendees present during the meeting.

Macron reportedly expressed regret thatthe EU “does not yet see itself sufficiently as a power.” He urged Brussels to “work tirelessly” to rebalance its relationship with Washington.

The French president also called for an acceleration of the “European agenda on sovereignty and competitiveness,” in what some have interpreted as a veiled critique of von der Leyen’s leadership and priorities, Euractiv reported.

Criticism of the deal has continued to mount within the French government. Prime Minister Francois Bayrou described it as a “submission” on Monday, while several ministers have questioned both its content and the process behind it.

“We would have preferred that these negotiations take place in an official setting and not in a private golf course in Scotland,” Primas said, calling the location “unusual.”
