Very fucking weird IMO. Replayed 3 hour track. Took off Patuxent, flew to Towson and landed and dallied for a while. Then took off N and flow slowly to York PA and hovered. Then suddenly to Harrisburg PA with some sharp turns.

Does NOT look like a medevac that was dispatched to site of a critically ill patient.

NYC/Long Island choppers appear to be mainly private and police. If any are medevac I'd have to examine them individually on another site. I see transportation in/out of Manhattan and to the Hamptons, sight seeing, cops.

tail number goes to a fixed wing aircraft, wrong photo. Looks to be a private capital management firm with multiple locations but what I found might be the wrong corporate entity and I don't have time to dig.

So let's call it privately owned.
