My translation is the following:
Q+ and POTUS have been on this mission for quite some time now. EVERYTHING was planned out and accounted for. Even the countermoves of the bad guys. There is just no way this PLAN could fail now! Think!

Not only is this the highest kind of diplomatic skills, that lets POTUS win every time, I think this phrase could be also a CALL TO US.
Let me explain. Many of the bad actors, including the ones in politics, media, agencies, are such high important players (if in fact barely NWO managers) that there are not many ways out in this AWAKENING.
And only one seems to end well (cought, f*d, but ALIVE). I personally feel we shoud look that way anyway. Meaning, if we, the PEOPLE are LOUD enough, we could just by that give many bad actors a last chance. These guys must be also disinformed on many levels. And, they have literally sworn in to that stuff.

Protest, SHOW HOW AWAKE WE ARE, and by that show the bad actors clearly what is going on! We know! However, some of them may actually don't know. Pray for them to find the truth.
Qs PLAN will resets the world anyway, no matter what we do! However sparing some lives of these lost soules by a loud PROTEST would not only be a good
START FOR NEW HUMANITY
it would clearly allow a way smoother transition and spare a lot of trouble for the yet unawoken. This PEACE can only be achieved by OUR STRENGHT, the strenght of this MOVEMENT WORLDWIDE.
