I see another Anon has posted a CBS article claiming it was for the FBI, which looks more like a cover story. Maybe Mueller went to the WH to let POTUS know he was appointed as SC. However, we all know the SC was based on BS from day1 as there was no crime nor targeted individual and ((RR)) is covering for DS the whole time.
