Hello Anons. Given the recent seismic activity, I figured now would be a good time to share some info I have, and it’s two-fold.

The first fold is weaponry.

I can confirm that the US is the only country that has in its possession the technology to induce seismic activity. The US utilizes frequency modulation by way of HAARP and the somewhat secret Antarctic radio array. Both have been classified capabilities and have openly stated that they’re mere research stations without any “broadcasting” capabilities. This is false and can be triangulated with the correct equipment, but can also be lightly noticed with a simple compass.

These sites are directly responsible for the NZ earthquake and multiple middle eastern quakes. The Russian 8.8 is still under scrutiny by people in this circle, but otherwise seems to be a direct attack on Russian sub ports.

Fold number 2, tectonic modification.

There are at least two programs I am knowledgeable of regarding naval operations that alter the physical tectonic plates that are targeted for slip. Both programs utilize submarines and drone-based drilling, highly targeted explosives, and can be cross-deployed with the frequency-based platforms.

This is most likely the cause of multiple quakes in the past thirty years. Indonesia’s deadly quake and subsequent tsunami was a test failure, and has since been near-perfected. The US isn’t the only country that has tectonic modification programs.

Take this information as you will. Dig into them for more information. Forums from 2006 had this information but has since been completely deleted and scrubbed from the internet. I would suggest archival sites if possible or contacting fine equipment manufacturers that develop seismic instruments. They are aware of these programs by proxy.
