Ahh, interesting, you may be right. The problem with DEI is that if the DEI policies are thrown out, the people who are still working there who were promoted through DEI are still only hiring people who aren't White. Unless every person who believes in DEI is fired, they will continue to fire the White men, while promoting the blacks, hispanics, commies and homos. They will just do it under the table. If a black woman has to choose between hiring a White man or another DEI, she'll choose the DEI and who will know her real motivation if she just lies and says it had nothing to do with race. Every single DEI hire in every field in America, from the Military on down to Costco, those DEI's are still working and being promoted to positions where they are in charge of hiring. I don't see a way out of this, unless you fire all people of color and homos and start over. 92% of black women voted for Kamala. With all of the black women who've been promoted to the HR departments in charge of hiring and firing, how many of those 92% would happily hire a Trump supporting White man? It's an honest question. Black women are not uniquely suited for HR (Human Resources) positions in charge of hiring and yet they have been systematically placed in these positions for so long, and for racist purposes, that they completely dominate these jobs now. And they are not diverse in their political opinions, with only 8 out of 100 black women not voting for Kamala. And one way they all avoid being caught is by hiring Jewish women and men who they call "White hires" and by hiring White homosexuals, who are also considered "White hires." So they can point to a number of Homos, Jews and lesbians who they will refer to as the White people they have hired. What is the solution to this problem in America?
