Anon has been looking too from within several other states. No luck. It seems that no judicial officer wants to touch civil matters with a 1,000 foot pole. Can attest to a serious failure of what should be a better functioning, proper Republic. An educated guess has anon thinking that its related to the Law of War, and chapter 11 having something to do with it. Wait until the dust settles, otherwise eyes on, see something say something.
