SCOOP: A very reliable Trump administration official stated with 100% confidence that as of August 5th the senior most HR manager in the White House, Sergio Gor, had not submitted his background check paperwork to the FBI. The White House previously stated that Gor had 'completed' the paperwork, but made no representation as to whether or not it had been submitted - if the scoop is true what is Gor waiting on?
