Why not just "GRID" the USA and let the chips fall where they may?
Why does either party have the right to redistrict? Shouldn't that be a State or Federal issue, as it affects CONGRESS?
Or, why can't it be "statewide" election, vs a district election? (These are Congressional members after all and ultimately represent their state overall-not just their district.)
