Requesting help understanding an anon’s Q-like drop.

Anyone understand anon’s decode? I’ve seen this type of decode before but can never understand what they are getting at. tia

First screen cap is his as well as can be seen he always labels his images as (eg IMG 3805 jpeg).

Second screen cap is his decode of his first post (as he labels all 3 images using the IMG xxxx joeg label).

Likely anon is larping but I’m bored and wanted to decode something, like crossword puzzles.
