If even moar people are compelled to move out of the city, who benefits? Who'll buy the freed-up properties? Who'll get out of rent controls on old leases and be able to raise the price of new ones, probably for mostly Section 8 Welfare trash? Who'll claim they need their own special "government-run and paid-for" grocery stores, just like they need their own special NOT government-run but still paid-for police squad? Who'll benefit in the surrounding areas in NY and NJ where they've already set up rental enclaves for the NYC trash to flee to and ruin some moar?
