CENSUS: The US Census Bureau admitted undercounting population in Republican-controlled states like Texas (stealing 2 seats) and overcounting in Democrat-controlled states like Minnesota. The Democrats knew that this couldn't be fixed unless Republicans held the House, Senate, and White House as a mid-decade census to be used for the apportionment of Representatives in Congress - Congress would need to update 13 U.S. Code § 141(e)(2). It just so happens we have control of all three, for now. Congress needs to act, now.
