Man avoids prison after viciously assaulting two elderly pro-lifers in Baltimore

Judge Yvette M. Bryant sentenced Patrick Brice to just one year of home detention and three years of probation for brutally attacking Mark Crosby and Dick Schaefer.

Patrick Brice, who was found guilty earlier this year of savagely beating two elderly pro-life activists in a May 2023 attack outside a Baltimore Planned Parenthood, was sentenced to home detention and probation Thursday, but notably won’t be required to spend a day behind bars.

On August 7, Baltimore City Circuit Judge Yvette M. Bryant sentenced Brice to just one year of home detention and three years of probation for brutally attacking pro-life sidewalk counselors Mark Crosby and Dick Schaefer, who were 73 and 80 respectively at the time, kicking Crosby in the face and leaving him with a permanent eye injury in broad daylight, per a Baltimore Banner report.
