The FISA was to legitimize the spying on Trump which had been ongoing for quite some time is what I suspect. Hussein has already been thrown under the bus by Clapper. Can't wait for Brennan to reap what he has sown in the whirlwinds of espionage.

DJT has stated he's been audited by the IRS for God knows how long. I would think NSA would keep certain high profile people like him and the very wealthy/influential as a 'soft target' on the radar in general for years, which would cover the JFK Jr. years. The way in which Trump Tower came under surveillance with Kerry's State Dept. bringing in the Russian lawyer to meet with DJT Jr. was clear entrapment that failed. All of the other 17 (magic number!) candidates had been pegged. I'd speculate the hard surveillance began shortly after DJT's announcement to seek the Presidency. Obama's reactions to DJT on his first visit to the WH after the election shows a very nervous BHO.
