Thanks for your concern, guise. The ??? started as a baker's notepad went wonk and didn't recognise the dashes used. It's all good now, and anyway, we could still read the Q drops just fine.
Last baker did have good notes and left them for me, new baker in the updated dough they posted, as we do.
Just STOP with the nit picking on the bakers for nothing. Crying wolf constantly means when something is wrong, no one will listen. The Baker paranoid going on lately is, definitely, glowing.
