Any legalfags know if MCA is still in force, after Boumediene v. Bush (2008)? In particular, (1) can military still hold enemy combatants indefinitely, and (2) is definition of enemy combatant broad enough to encompass Bre*nnan and company? Wikipedia is of only marginal help, and I'm not a legalfag myself. Thanks in advance.

I'd say instead that if X= MA, and Y = whomever pushed the button on the missile, then there might exist some Z such that Z directed both X and Y.

What's the nexus?
