Anon had one fly over head about 100' up within one of the 50 states. It was probably around 2014 or 2015. Eerie and quiet. Near as anon can figure, it was a link and sync for the BCI BRAIN Initiative efforts. Probably surveillance. Most certainly under the direction of Obama or Hilary, so how does anon find out what the hell was going on? They don't swoop down overhead like that within the US.
