100% True. I built an entire online portal for schools for George Bush's "No Child Left Behind" program. Not one employee at the DOE was interested. Neither were over 8k school administrators in NY and CT after mailing them a large see through envelope with Brochures, website links running a broadcast streaming add on the front page, and a regular sized and mini CD with an hour presentation. It is all, one big Mafia DS Cabal of crooks. I even did their biggest technology show of the year, but they were only interested in private sessions with mafia construction companies. I lost over $300k and a few years worth of work. They do absolutely nothing for education and the school administrators all make about $350-500k a year. They are just criminals and embezzlers.
