California is arson territory. Every day for the past two months there have been 11-50 fires that start essentially, by the side of the road. It’s astounding that so many fires fit this criteria. Today, since 11:10am there have been 15 fires noted on Watch Duty. All of them are roadside fires and I can’t help but think there is a arson plan happening
