my 16yo grandson has been an avid gamer since he was 10. built his own gaming computer. it crapped out on him and i offered to take it to a shop or order the parts he needed to fix it. he said 'thanks…but i want to focus on school and sports now. his grandmother and i are so proud of him. he also began studying the bible. i think a friend (a girl) influenced him there. his dad died 4 years ago and my wife and i (grandparents) have custody and are raising him. his dad would be proud of him.
