What if we The People reversed the money system and made Pennies worth a dollar. I mean, we stopped making them, right? So, just like gold, there is a limited finite supply of pennies in the system. So We The People could make a Penny-based system, where the Penny would be worth perhaps a $100 and a 100 dollar bill would be worth a penny instead.
Would this work as a money system?
