I swear to God that this guy in the photo looks like Tom Fitton. Exactly same haircut and glasses. The guy loves polo shirts. Look at those biceps and forearms. Very similar build.

What the hell would Tom be doing outside MA's office today? I don't get it. This doesn't make sense.

Those are the right coords. You're looking almost due north, across the lanes of traffic. The white building in the distance is 400 Newport Center; verify using the small green lettering on the storefronts.
