personally, using the built in filter ID+ has worked quite well. code looks fine, a few typos, but they don't cause misfires. personally would add javascript: before any function calls in html tags for compatibility.

have worked with javascript for 15+ years daily. after a while you can scan it quickly and bad shit basically screams at you. could be rewritten to be more concise, but it works now so /shrug
