>What many fail to understand is "by the book" can still be a federal crime.

Even if congress passes a law, the president signs it, and in a court challenge the Supreme Court rules it constitutional…It is STILL a federal crime to deprive rights under color of any any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom.

So enforcing gun control? Federal crime.

Enforcing civil asset forfeiture? Federal crime.

Enforcing every other unconstitutional null and void law… federal crime.

Even laws on the books, if they are unconstitutional, it is a federal crime to deprive rights under color of law.

Sorry mindless drones…. but you HAVE to think for yourself.

The constitution forbids government from infringing on our rights, so who told you government gets to "weigh" government interest against our rights?
