how about calling it a civil rights violation to allow a ferrel teenager to walk after the teenager shoots or kills someone and the judges that do it are violating the rights of the victims?
if they let the kid walk then they are put in jail for violating someone's rights under the color of law. Ditto for the councils that vote that muder or assault is a cashless bail crime, or that a child who does this stuff should be allowed to walk free.
