Homelessness is mainly from two distinct issues, one is mentally ill due to chemicals substances whether from internal or external forces, the other is from blacklisting and censorship which we find many veterans who served our Country becoming the victims of targeting by the cabal. This country needs to tie the DOL, both local and federal, to Social Services to address the majority of these cases.
