India’s first drone-based cloud seeding launched in Rajasthan

Jaipur, Aug 12 (IANS) State Agriculture Minister Kirodi Lal Meena on Tuesday launched a pioneering cloud seeding experiment at the Jamwaramgarh Dam area to revive Ramgarh Lake and tackle the region’s water crisis.
The initiative, using AI-powered drone technology, marks India’s first drone-based cloud seeding project.
A large crowd gathered to witness the artificial rain demonstration - a blend of science, modern technology, and artificial intelligence.
However, the unexpected rush caused network disruptions, forcing the drone into auto-landing mode.
Officials said that during the next attempt, crowd control measures and multi-network jammers will be deployed to prevent GPS signal loss.
The project, led by a team of scientists in Jaipur, will run as a 60-day pilot mission using the AI platform ‘Hydro Trace,’ which identifies optimal clouds for seeding through real-time data, satellite imagery, and sensor networks.
Drones release safe agents such as sodium chloride into targeted clouds, encouraging moisture particles to merge into raindrops.
Meena stressed that the mission’s immediate goal is to trigger rainfall, while its long-term benefits include increasing lake water levels, recharging groundwater, improving crop yields, and restoring the ecosystem.
“This technology is safe, meets international standards, and uses agents in minimal quantities that are harmless to humans, animals, and crops,” he said.
“If successful, this model can be extended to other drought-hit regions of the state and country.” Environmental impact studies will also be conducted alongside the project.
The minister expressed confidence that the initiative would provide sustainable water solutions for farmers and significantly reduce the effects of drought in the region.

Drone resembling Russian Orlan washed up on beach in Bulgaria

A drone, likely a Russian Orlan reconnaissance UAV, has been discovered on one of Bulgaria's Black Sea beaches.

Details: The drone wreckage was found by holidaymakers on Harmani Beach near the town of Sozopol, located on the Black Sea coast close to Burgas in the country’s southern region.
Based on the condition of the wings and fuselage, the ministry assumed the drone had been in the water for several months. No official identification of the aircraft model has been made.
Based on photographs, journalists from Radio Liberty’s Bulgarian Service suggest this is most likely a Russian Orlan-10 reconnaissance UAV lost during its use in Russia's war against Ukraine.
Background:
In July, what is believed to be drone wreckage was found on the beach of the Romanian resort of Eforie Sud.
Over the years of the full-scale war, debris from UAVs used by Russia to attack targets in southern Ukraine has repeatedly fallen in the border areas of Moldova and Romania, and some drones have even flown deep into their territories.
After the first such incidents, Romania began issuing air-raid warnings in settlements on its bank of the Danube.
In addition, at least one Russian Shahed-type drone flew into Lithuania via Belarus this summer. A similar incident had previously occurred in Latvia.

The IDF may take at least another week to gauge how many troops it will need for the government-ordered renewed offensive in Gaza City, military officials said Sunday.
This comes as relations between the IDF and the political echelon seem more strained than we’ve previously seen. Fabian weighs in.
This morning, Israel’s Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) asserted that Hamas has been inflating the toll of Palestinians it says have died of malnutrition, and most of those verified to have died had preexisting medical conditions.
Fabian describes how Hamas’s own death figures have allowed COGAT to draw its conclusions.
An Israeli strike in Gaza City Sunday night killed a prominent Palestinian journalist for Qatari broadcaster Al Jazeera, Anas al-Sharif, whom the Israel Defense Forces has long argued was a Hamas terrorist in charge of rocket launching.
Fabian lays out the IDF’s case against al-Sharif and discusses his targeting in the context of the larger stated military goal of picking off every member of the terror group.
On Sunday, Defense Minister Israel Katz said that IDF troops will remain deployed to northern West Bank refugee camps at least until the end of the year, as part of the “Operation Iron Wall” defensive.
The operation began in January in the Jenin refugee camp, adjacent to the city of Jenin, and later expanded to include refugee camps near the city of Tulkarem in the western West Bank — the Tulkarem and Nur Shams camps.

IDF says it caught terror operatives posing as World Central Kitchen staff in central Gaza

Terror operatives in the central Gaza Strip posed as members of the World Central Kitchen (WCK) humanitarian organization, the military says, attaching footage of the incident from earlier this week.
According to the IDF, “five armed terrorists” who were spotted near a vehicle marked with the logo of WCK, “despite having no affiliation with the organization, while posing a threat to our forces,” were eliminated in an airstrike.
“The terrorists deliberately attached the [WCK] emblem and wore yellow vests in an attempt to disguise their activities and avoid being targeted, cynically exploiting the status and trust given to aid organizations,” the IDF says.
The military says COGAT representatives “verified the information with the WCK, which confirmed that the vehicle seen in Gaza with the organization’s emblem had no connection to its activities.”
The fake WCK vehicle had been spotted in the Deir al-Balah area “with several armed terrorists nearby who posed a threat to forces,” the military says. A short while later, an Israeli Air Force drone struck the operatives.

Israeli Air Force downs drone launched from Yemen

The Israeli Air Force intercepted a drone launched from Yemen on Tuesday, the military said. No air-raid sirens were triggered as it was not deemed a threat to Israeli population centers.
The Israel Defense Forces intercepted two drones, which the military described as launched “from the east,” overnight on Aug. 7. The phrase is typically used by the IDF to refer to attacks by Iranian-backed Houthi terrorists in Yemen.
The UAVs were intercepted about an hour apart.
On Aug. 5, the IDF intercepted a Houthi ballistic missile, triggering air-raid sirens across Jerusalem and the Shephelah (Judaean Foothills), including Beit Shemesh and Modi’in, and sending some two million Israelis rushing to shelters. There were no reports of injuries or damage.
The Houthis have been launching missile and drone attacks on the Jewish state—a ballistic missile impacted near Ben-Gurion International Airport on May 4—in support of Hamas since the day after the Palestinian terrorist group’s massacre on Oct. 7, 2023.
In response, Jerusalem has conducted several rounds of strikes against the terrorists, including an operation on May 28 called “Golden Jewel” targeting the airport in Yemen’s Houthi-controlled capital city, Sanaa.
According to a report, the Houthis are training for an invasion of Israel, 1,200 miles away. The terrorist organization recently completed the training of its third cohort of elite operatives for a planned attack dubbed “Al-Aqsa Flood.”
The name is the same that Hamas used for its cross-border terror assault on Oct. 7. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared on July 28 that Israel remains focused on dismantling Iran’s terrorist proxies across the Middle East.
“There are still the two H’s: Hamas and that band of savages down south,” the premier said, referring to the Houthis.
Netanyahu added that Tehran’s broader plan to eradicate the Jewish state “is currently off the table,” describing the IDF’s gains against the Islamic Republic during June’s 12-day war as “historic.”

RCMP drones to patrol corridor along part of U.S. border in effort to boost security

The RCMP is introducing a drone corridor along part of the Canada-U.S. border in an effort to boost security.
Drones are to patrol the border in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba in what the RCMP says is a trial.
The force says the corridor has been established with help from Transport Canada and drone patrols will target illegal activity including smuggling and drug trafficking.
It says the corridor extends from the ground to 500 feet in the air and one nautical mile north of the border, or just under two kilometres.
The corridor does not restrict flight activity, but local pilots, agricultural operators and recreational aviation users are asked to be careful and notify Mounties before entering the area.
The RCMP has increased its presence at the border with drones, helicopters and more as part of Ottawa’s $1.3-billion pledge to boost security in an attempt to stave off tariffs from U.S. President Donald Trump.

Investigation finds $13 million US military Reaper drone crashed into the sea after an unexplained failure saw its propeller fall off

The US military lost one of its Reaper drones after a part failed, causing the propeller to fall off on a mission last year and forcing the $13 million combat aircraft to make a crash landing in the Mediterranean Sea, a recently released investigation revealed.
A US Air Force investigation report released last month determined that the costly mishap, which occurred in December 2024, was caused by a failure in a mechanical part connecting the MQ-9A Reaper drone's engine with its propeller.
The specific reason for that failure, however, was unclear as the drone wasn't retrieved.
The Reaper drone, a combat and reconnaissance platform, belonged to the 432nd Wing of Nevada's Creech Air Force Base and was scheduled to carry out an operational mission on December 16 over or around the Mediterranean Sea.
The remotely piloted aircraft took off at 1 pm Zulu time from an undisclosed location within the European Command area of responsibility.
About four hours later, while the drone was flying at cruising air speed and altitude, its engine torque display dropped from normal levels to a complete loss of torque within a second.
The MQ-9 "experienced a loss of air speed and began an uncommanded descent," the report said.
As the drone descended, operators — members of the 20th Attack Squadron from Missouri's Whiteman Air Force Base — spent 16 minutes trying to maintain control and restore thrust to the MQ-9 falling out of the sky.
The recently released Air Force investigation, first reported by Air & Space Forces Magazine, said that the operator eventually realized that the drone's engine had internal damage, and they shut it down.
The crew then decided to make a forced landing in the Mediterranean — the last data received suggested came in just as the MQ-9 was about to impact the water.
There were no injuries or damage to civilian property, the report said, sharing that the drone — valued at exactly $13,154,585 — was not recovered.
Air Force investigators said that "the cause of the mishap was a failure within the Splined Coupling Assembly." This "led to a sudden and permanent mechanical decoupling of the propeller from the engine resulting in an unrecoverable loss of thrust."
General Atomics, the US defense company that makes the MQ-9 Reaper, said that the Spiral Retaining Ring was the most likely cause of the failure, although it was impossible to determine with certainty because the wreckage — and, with it, evidence — could not be collected.
The Reaper, the US military's drone of choice for combat and reconnaissance missions, has suffered a string of mishaps in recent years, including several "Class A" incidents, meaning that the incident resulted in damage greater than or equal to $2.5 million or a destroyed aircraft.
Air Force safety data shows 5 in 2021 and just as many the year prior. More recent safety data wasn't immediately available.
American Reaper drones have also been targeted by US foes. In 2023, for instance, a Russian Su-27 fighter jet clipped the propeller of an MQ-9 operating above the Black Sea, forcing the uncrewed aircraft to crash land in the water.
That year, Russian aircraft also repeatedly harassed US Reaper drones operating over Syria, engaging in behaviors like flying in close proximity to the MQ-9s. In one incident, a Su-35 fighter jet released flares on a drone and damaged its propeller.
The Iran-backed Houthis have also shot down several Reaper drones that the US had been using to support its military operations against the Yemeni rebels.

Colorado Residents Are Spotting Weird-Looking Rabbits With Black Horns and Mouth Tentacles

People in Fort Collins, Colorado, are seeing rabbits with black horns and tentacles that wouldn’t look out of place in a horror movie. Though frightening, their appearance is caused by a known virus that’s harmless to humans.
Journalist Amanda Gilbert documented the town sightings in an article for local outlet 9NEWS last Friday.
Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials say the rabbits are afflicted with a virus that causes wart-like projections to emerge from their faces—a condition that likely even inspired folk tales in the past about horned rabbit cryptids.
“It looks like it was black quills or black toothpicks sticking out all around his or her mouth,” Fort Collins resident Susan Mansfield told 9NEWS. “I thought he would die off during the winter, but he didn’t. He came back a second year, and it grew.”
The rabbit germ is called the Shope papilloma virus. It’s a cousin of the human papillomavirus, and like some HPV strains, SPV can trigger the formation of growths, typically made out of keratin.
The virus is primarily transmitted through biting arthropod vectors, such as mosquitos and ticks, though it may also spread through close, direct contact with infected bodily fluids (the growths themselves don’t carry the virus).
Papillomaviruses are usually tuned very specifically to their hosts, SPV included, so they aren’t a threat to people. Rabbits can live with the infection and even lose the growths over time, but SPV can also turn dangerous.
The growths can become large enough to interfere with eating, and they will sometimes transform into malignant tumors that spread elsewhere in the body. Infections are rarely seen in domestic rabbits, however, and most commonly affect cottontail rabbits in the wild.
The growths can look like deer antlers, and many scientists argue this uncanny resemblance helped foster the North American myth of the jackalope and similar horned rabbit creatures.
As with many things, though, capitalism is also partly to blame for the cryptid’s enduring popularity.
In 1977, brothers Ralph and Doug Herrick claimed that they were the first to market taxidermized jackrabbits fitted with deer antlers as jackalopes in 1934.
And even today, many gift shops and tourist attractions still sell these fauxalopes.
SPV isn’t just the inspiration behind the jackalope. Its discovery in the 1930s helped confirm that certain viruses can trigger cancer, and scientists have long used it as a model in the lab to better understand HPV-related cancers.
The real-life jackalope may be harmless to people, but Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials say people still should steer clear of wild rabbits infected with SPV. Indeed, we can never be too cautious.

The existence of UFOs has long been an ongoing debate and marked with scepticism, but you may want to hear what this whistleblower has to claim about the US government's knowledge regarding this phenomenon.
A recent Capitol Hill hearing is what has rekindled talks around Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs) and the potential of extraterrestrial life.
In the UAP briefing in May, physicist Dr Eric Davis - who is well known for working on top-secret Pentagon projects - captured listeners' attention by claiming there are four different types of aliens that have a possibility of being operators of unidentified crafts.
The four distinct alien types he claims are 'Grays, Nordics, Insectoids, and Reptilians'. So, what are the distinct differences between each of these claimed alien types? I’m glad you asked.
The idea of Grays took popularity in the mid-1960s, mainly due to the famous abduction case of Betty and Barney Hill.
The couple said the abduction was performed by small humanoids with smooth grey skin, large black almond-shaped eyes, and had a lack of typical human features like noses or ears.
Nordics, on the other hand, are described as tall, slender beings, similar to Scandinavian humans, with blonde hair, blue eyes, and light skin.
Insectoids, as the name suggests, are described as having more insect-like traits like multiple limbs, exoskeletons, mandibles, and sometimes antennae.
Lastly, the Reptilian theory - this was popular in the late 20th century through conspiracy theorist David Icke and claims shape-shifting reptilian aliens.
Missouri Representative Eric Burlison, a member of the House Oversight Committee and UAP caucus, shared on The Endless Void with Kristin Fisher that he had heard these same four classifications in private discussions.
“I've heard those four classifications discussed in meetings in this office by others,” Burlison said. “But what I wasn't expecting was for him to say it. I wasn't expecting Eric Davis, you know, respected scientists, to say that.”
However, a self-claimed sceptic, Burlison admitted that he was uncertain about Davis’ sources.
He noted that the physicist's comments may come from firsthand knowledge or secondhand reports, indicating uncertainty, saying: "If true, this would be a paradigm-shifting moment.
But if it is true, the government has no right to keep such a secret from the public it serves." However, he is aware that the acknowledgement of there being a possibility of aliens could invite more scepticism.
"Some will think we're nuts," Burlison acknowledged. But he defended the investigation, stating that taxpayers help to fund Pentagon, intelligence, and energy department programs studying UAPs.
"I owe it to the American people to get to the bottom of this," he said.

‘Alien’ Has Always Feared AI and Big Corporations. That’s More Relevant Than Ever

The “Alien” movies vary widely in quality — there arguably hasn’t been a truly satisfying one since the first two in 1979 and 1986 — but a key thread has endured across the 46 years:
However scary the xenomorphs are, “Alien” has always feared AI and the greed of faceless corporations. And in that respect, its time has come.
The latest entry in the franchise, “Alien: Earth,” which premieres on Tuesday, certainly exhibits those political undercurrents while bringing the threat home, both in the location and the shift from theaters to FX and Hulu, where only your neighbors can hear you scream.
Granted, nobody comes to an “Alien”-branded project — a franchise with one foot firmly planted in sci-fi and horror — for a lecture about the perils of unfettered capitalism.
Still, the underlying apprehensions feel even timelier now, from the AI threat to the notion of corporations supplanting governments.
“Alien: Earth” lands at a moment of heightened unease about income inequality and the growing political clout wielded by billionaires like Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg and Jeff Bezos — moguls who have become household names.
Their companies, meanwhile, keep growing, with trillion-dollar valuations — which would have sounded like the stuff of science fiction a few decades ago — now a reality, with Microsoft, Apple, Amazon and Google among those cracking that barrier.
“The Trillion Dollar Stock Club Is Bigger — and Richer— Than Ever,” blared Barron’s headline closing 2024.
Despite healthy profits, those same companies are also embracing AI in a way that both ignores potential unintended consequences and threatens the careers of its own employees.
Several have explicitly stated as much, with Amazon CEO Andy Jassey issuing a memo in June spelling out that the technology will “reduce our total corporate workforce as we get efficiency gains from using AI extensively across the company.”
The eight-episode series takes the real-world drift toward corporate oligarchy to its dystopian extreme, with Earth governed by five massive corporations, which, as usual, exhibit few compunctions about sacrificing human life to advance their objectives and enhance their profits.
In the broad strokes, though, this latest addition to the mythology — as conceived by showrunner Noah Hawley, who previously translated “Fargo” to TV — very much contains the same core of distrusting those in charge, along with some new wrinkles that work more fitfully.
The end game of those corporate objectives as usual remains murky, but again involves using synthetic androids — whose actions and motivations prove suspect — and seeking the means to capitalize on the alien creatures.
Naturally, that requires the customary hubris about attempting to cash in on something so uncontrollable, unpredictable and dangerous.
By adding a human face, in the form of a young technocrat (Samuel Blenkin) running a company appropriately named Prodigy Corp., “Alien: Earth” does endeavor to make the story more contemporary.
The self-proclaimed “boy genius” feels like a composite inspired by any number of CEOs, which says something about this plutocratic moment given that the character would have seemed exaggerated or cartoonish before the modern tech explosion.
As Hawley said during a pre-launch press conference, “If I had done the 1970s version of capitalism it wouldn’t have felt right for the world we live in today,” adding that humanity is “trapped between the AI future and the monsters of the past.”

The shock of the first “Alien” — beyond wedding a haunted house to striking monster biology and set design — hinged in part on the cavalier attitude “the company” harbored toward the lives of the crew.
What they intended to do with the xenomorph was ill defined — something about the bio-weapons division — but the key point was treating the survival of those manning the ship as a secondary concern.
That aspect became even more pronounced in the brilliant sequel “Aliens,” directed by James Cameron, which features Paul Reiser as Burke, a mid-level manager, and the kind of corporate suck-up everyone has encountered.
Burke gradually reveals who he is, balking at eradicating the aliens because a space installation has a “substantial dollar value,” before seeking to curry favor from his superiors by allowing Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) and a young child to be “impregnated” by the monster in order to bring specimens home.
As Ripley says whens he exposes the plot, “You know, Burke, I don’t know which species is worse. You don’t see them fucking each other over for a goddamn percentage.”
Their shortcomings aside, the subsequent films, up to last year’s “Alien: Romulus,” have continued playing with these themes.
Even after it was given a name, the company, Weyland-Yutani, cares more about the research and development possibilities in that enticing alien DNA than preserving the humans in its employ.
Of course, there’s some irony in that, since “Alien” has itself become a title with a “substantial dollar value,” spanning nine movies (including two crossovers with the “Predator” franchise) totaling almost $2 billion in global box office.
In an interview last year, original director Ridley Scott conceded the third and fourth films “ran that firmly into the ground,” while more generously appraising the subsequent sequels, having directed two of them.
In later episodes, “Alien: Earth” pointedly addresses some of the issues the franchise has contemplated, with a character discussing the irony of smart people who are “too stupid to realize you don’t bring parasites home with you.”
There’s a possible lesson there regarding AI, where the lure of its potential might be blinding us to its dangers, and massive real-world companies appear either oblivious — or worse, indifferent — to the societal harm that it might do.
That’s evident in the commentary from the likes of Meta and OpenAI, who are pouring billions of dollars in an AI arms race against each other and China.
Even if the robots don’t murder us, as envisioned in the sci-fi version of these scenarios, they appear more tangibly destined to replace us by killing off a lot of our jobs.
The employees in “Alien: Earth” also recognize who’s calling the shots, with one acknowledging that everything being done and the risks they’re facing are “always about power,” which includes exploring space to serve the company’s ends.
“Alien” notably premiered at the close of the 1970s, a decade seen as a golden age for paranoid conspiracy thrillers — including those that reflected the callousness of corporate greed, like “The China Syndrome” and “Coma.”
In that sense, having five corporations run things, like the American Mafia’s five families, hardly feels like an accident. Because in “Alien,” then and now, “the company” rules the world, and the rest of us just try to hang on working for them.

FAA Records Add ‘Black Cube’ Sighting to Wright-Patterson AFB Drone Mystery

Newly released Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) documents obtained by The Black Vault under FOIA case 2025-04622 add significant new information to the still-developing story about a series of unauthorized drone incursions at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) in December 2024.
These records, drawn primarily from the FAA’s SKYWATCH system, supplement the earlier Air Force FOIA release (2025-01757-F) previously covered by The Black Vault, and they introduce a striking new element: the report of a “black cube”-shaped “UAS” observed at around 16,000 feet.
SKYWATCH is an FAA operations security platform used to collect and disseminate reports of suspicious or unauthorized aerial activity, often relayed through Air Traffic Control Towers, FAA regional offices, and the Domestic Events Network.
It serves as a central alert system for potential security risks, with reports often shared with law enforcement and military security forces.
Here is a breakdown summary of the events just released as a result of this case, and drawing from the SKYWATCH system. The documents themselves (located at the bottom of this article) go into greater detail.
Event #1 – December 14, 2024 (03:55Z)
Air traffic controllers observed a drone over multiple sensitive locations on base, including the Hot Cargo Ramp, the south side of Runway 5L, the military ramp, and the east side of the airfield.
Base security reported the drones were turning their lights off and flying past them in close proximity. The incident triggered NOTAMs (M1132/24 and M1133/24) for an airfield closure, with the information broadcast on the ATIS.
The closure remained in effect until base leadership met later that morning.
Event #2 – December 17, 2024 (04:41Z)
Multiple radar targets, presumed to be drones, were observed on tower radar. No visual confirmation was made, but the Riverside Police Department was notified.
Event #3 – December 17, 2024 (04:58Z)
The situation escalated when ZID Center radar detected between seven and seventeen targets within 40 miles of the airport. Wright-Patterson Security Forces on the ground confirmed the objects were drones.
Riverside Police were again contacted. The report categorized the incident as a “swarm” involving multiple unmanned aircraft.

Event #4 – December 17, 2024 (18:08Z)
An aircraft on approach reported seeing a silver drone approximately five nautical miles southeast of Wright-Patterson at 3,200 feet. The pilot took no evasive action.
FAA quality assurance later logged coordinates placing the object within the Dayton area, consistent with the Wright-Patterson region.
Event #5 – December 19, 2024 (18:45Z)
The most unusual report came from an aircraft westbound at 16,000 feet near Appleton VOR, roughly 70–80 miles east-northeast of Wright-Patterson. The crew reported a drone “passing beneath them by about 500 feet” and described it as a “black cube.”
FAA quality assurance assigned coordinates to the sighting, placing it well east of the base, but it occurred within the same week as the other incursions and was documented in the same SKYWATCH dataset.
Located within the “Drone Sightings Near Airports” reports located at the FAA’s website, the sighting above described as a “black cube” is listed, however, the description of it being a “black cube” was removed, or intentionally not included.
The earlier Air Force records documented numerous sightings by Security Forces personnel of multiple drones over Areas A and B of the base, some flying in formations and performing rapid altitude changes.
Many were described as turning lights off, maneuvering in ways consistent with evasion, and in some cases appearing over sensitive areas like the flightline and base gates. However, the “black cube” sighting did not appear in the Air Force release.
The FAA records now confirm that during the same operational window, pilots and controllers were also logging high-altitude, unusually shaped drone activity, broadening the scope of what was occurring in the region’s airspace.
The FAA data mirrors many of the Air Force incident points but adds radar “swarm” data, aircraft pilot reports, and precise coordinates where available.
The coordinates from the December 17 silver drone sighting place it within the Wright-Patterson airspace vicinity, while the December 19 “black cube” coordinates are farther east but along a flight corridor that could connect to the operational area around the base during that week’s security incidents.
While most of the December 2024 events involved drones at altitudes that could be considered typical of hobbyist or small commercial systems, the “black cube” report at 16,000 feet raises questions about capabilities far beyond those of standard small UAS operations.
Whether connected to the Wright-Patterson incursions directly or it is a separate high-altitude event all together, its inclusion in FAA’s SKYWATCH reporting during the same security surge is notable.
Together, the Air Force and FAA FOIA releases now establish that multiple confirmed incursions occurred over and around Wright-Patterson in December 2024, including “swarms”; that a base closure and NOTAM airfield closure were directly tied to drone activity; that FAA radar detected up to seventeen simultaneous targets within 40 miles; and that a rare, pilot-reported sighting of a “black cube” drone at high altitude was documented during the same period.
These details expand the public record and offer new leads in understanding the scale and sophistication of the aerial activity that prompted Wright-Patterson’s partial shutdown.

3-Hour Deadline: Journalist Threatens to Expose Massive Hidden UFO Location After Coulthart Stays Silent

On August 10th, 2025, the UFO disclosure community confrontation when journalist Moneypenny issued a three-hour ultimatum to investigative reporter Ross Coulthart, demanding he reveal the location of a massive UFO allegedly “too big to move” or face her releasing the information herself.
When Coulthart failed to respond, Moneypenny followed through on her threat, claiming to have identified the location as Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska … But how did this all happen?
The controversy stems from claims Coulthart made over two years ago, which were recently rediscovered by UFO researcher Red Panda Koala.
According to the an interview with That UFO Podcast, Coulthart revealed knowledge of a UFO so massive that authorities built a structure over it rather than attempting relocation.
“How big is big? Big. So big, they built a building over it in a country outside of the United States of America,” Coulthart stated, adding emphatically, “I know exactly where it is.”
The claims gained additional interest when former Pentagon UFO investigator Lue Elizondo was asked about similar allegations during a separate interview with That UFO Podcast.
When questioned about a UFO “so big that it couldn’t be moved and was actually built over,” Elizondo responded with careful precision: “I, unfortunately, cannot discuss that.
I have to be very careful… What you are referring to is something that I would not be able to confirm or deny.” His refusal to elaborate, citing classification restrictions, only added to the mystery surrounding these extraordinary claims.
Moneypenny, described as a former BBC journalist with 30 years of experience in financial technology, challenged Coulthart’s years-long silence on the specific location.
In her viral ultimatum video, she declared: “You have three hours from now to contact me… to be able to stop me revealing where a giant UFO, a huge giant UFO is underneath a massive high security building.”
Her motivation was rooted in disclosure advocacy, arguing that “in the interests of disclosure and of everybody who has been struggling with deception and secrets for far too long, we have a right to know this.”
According to Moneypenny’s statements on X under the handle @nic_moneypenny, she compiled substantial “evidence” using ChatGPT, despite the AI being “pretty obstructive and tried to stop me.”
When the three-hour deadline expired without response from Coulthart, she revealed her findings: an alleged 800-foot-long triangular craft housed at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska, concealed within what she described as a “building within a building.”
Moneypenny’s evidence, according to her posts on August 10 and 11, 2025, included multiple supporting elements.
She referenced a National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC) sighting report from the base, claiming anomalous budget extensions for construction occurred on the same date as the UFO report.

Perhaps most intriguingly, Moneypenny claimed that aerial views of the site on Google Earth appeared altered or hidden, requiring users to adjust timelines to reveal a large structure.
In one post, she rhetorically questioned the visibility of a “750 meter UFO triangular craft” over the base via Google Earth, implying its presence at this American nuclear military facility.
However, her claims present a significant contradiction to Coulthart’s original statement that the craft was located “in a country outside of the United States of America.”
The revelation has created controversy within the UFO community, with critics pointing out this geographical inconsistency.
Moneypenny acknowledged this discrepancy, emphasizing that her findings might not match Coulthart’s specific description, but argued that if such concealment methods exist in one location, they likely exist elsewhere.
Coulthart’s previous statements provide insight into his reasoning for maintaining silence on such sensitive locations. According to his past interviews, he has received death threats from individuals demanding he reveal coordinates.
“I’ve actually had death threats from lunatics on the web who are saying to me, I’m under an obligation to reveal it,” Coulthart stated, explaining that revealing locations would “put the lives of good men and women in the service of their country in jeopardy because it’s a place that’s being used for a dual purpose.”
Coulthart’s stance reflects broader tensions within UFO journalism about balancing disclosure with source protection. As he emphasized in previous statements: “People in the UFO, UAP world seem to think this is entertainment.
It’s not entertainment. We’re not under any obligation to tell you anything. The bottom line is we’ll report what we find when we’re ready to do it and when the sources are ready to speak.”
The situation is further complicated by congressional inaction on these claims. According to Coulthart’s recent revelations, Congress has received “names, dates, places” about these facilities for two to three years without taking action.
He suggests congressional investigators possess search and seizure authority similar to the Church Commission that investigated CIA crimes in the 1970s, yet have failed to pursue these leads.
Whether Moneypenny’s identification of Offutt Air Force Base represents the actual facility Coulthart referenced remains unclear, but her actions have forced the UFO community to confront the complex balance between transparency demands and the potential consequences of exposing sensitive military installations.

Signed in the 1954–55 window after contact with certain Grey-looking beings.
The surface-level version says: “In exchange for technology, we allowed them to abduct a small number of humans for biological research, provided they were returned unharmed.”
This was never meant for public awareness, but the version that leaked decades later was already distorted ~ crafted to make Eisenhower appear complicit in human harm.
The real treaty was heavily altered after the fact by Majestic 12 factions and other intel groups to cover their own black operations.
MILABs & Fake Greys
