Just a hypothesis, but in February an anon sent me down the Jeanne Lin rabbit hole.
Jeanne got her ham radio license in the same testing group when Nellie Ohr got hers.

are almost sequential.
Technician licenses are assigned sequentially by the FCC, after the applicant has passed a locally-administered test. Also they were granted on the same date 5/23/16.
That is almost ironclad proof they sat for the same exam together on the same date in the same place.
We KNOW that Nellie Ohr was involved in Fusion GPS.
We don't know that about Jeanne Lin.
But circumstantial evidence is getting more and more interesting, in light of Q's drops about the submarine and what we know about the missile off Whidbey Island, WA on June 10th that was intended to assassinate the president or start a war or create a false flag imputing the attack to a different country/administration than actually carried it out.
Jeanne Lin had insider knowledge of U.S. coastal defensive systems and submarines and submarine detection. She had 30 years experience in that field, first with the Navy as a Trident submarine officer, then with U.S. Customs and border protection (before DHS was formed), and then with DHS. Also she was a Congressional Fellow, meaning her job was to help Congress understand technology when they had questions. Then she started a consulting company specializing in federal government procurement.

Do you suppose Nellie Ohr and Jeanne Lin were part of the plot to launch the missile? They could have been passing information. They thought ham radio was "secret" but it isn't; NSA records all transmissions on every frequency. Do you suppose Lin could have been involved in deploying compromised electronics inside of a submarine? Inside of a coastal sub-detection installation?
She had the means and the opportunity. We don't know yet if she had a motive.
Her possible association with Nellie Ohr suggests that she MIGHT have had a motive.
