In the affidavit it states that [HRC]'s lawyers handed over the server and restricted which emails could be looked at. Those to her and from her. Affidavit states that it was important to find contextual evidence about who was using the server and what for. The affidavit calls for an expanded search of the server.

''How do you intro evidence into an investigation (legally)?'

with a warrant which appears to have just been unsealed and which we are discussing here

''Who has everything''

NSA or perhaps the FBI based on this affadavit

''Methods collected and obtained''

Server was given to FBI by [HRC] but restricted warrant expands search

Not sure where all of this is going. I think what I have learned and still digesting it is that the FBI does indeed have the server and that they are in fact looking at all the emails, not just HRC's
