Odd that he is walking along the street, almost in a traffic lane, but not like he just crossed the street. He is walking away from the car from that took the pic. Did he walk past that car? Was he talking to someone in the car?
Appears that he is walking to the white car to get in and drive away. But not necessarily. Is he walking along the street because the approaching black car is going to pick him up? He is looking across the street. Is he looking around in all directions, hoping nobody sees him getting in the black car? If he is getting into the white car, why would he be walking at that spot on the street?
Nothing definitive but they are possiblilities.
Doesn't look like keys in his right hand; too long. Might just be a cigarette.
