Different intersection. On the right you need to head down one. On the right, you see what looks like a Tahoe with it's brake lights on? The guy on the left is down there. Look at the construction warning sign on the left, it's not on the right. The bushes back behind the construction warning are a different shape and closer to the intersection than those on the right. The shape of the median where the Stop sign is located in the picture on the right is different, narrower, less curved and you ought to be able to see at least something of the trunk of the tree in the picture on the right if it was the intersection on the left.
I don't understand what your yellow lassos mean. You've circled two dissimilar things unless that was your point.
If you look in the background on the right you can see the roof of the building in the left. The four trees between the median and the building on the left in the right hand picture in the background are the same four your can see in the picture on the left between the building and thmedian.
