Picking nits perhaps but there is no crater on the moon named 'Sea of Tranquility' on the moon. Sea of Tranquility is a very large region or basin on the moon.
If the drawing is contemporaneous to the Apollo Era, this would have been known to most people.
I have no idea who 'Tompkins' is or when the drawing was made.
Only a few craters would have been visible to the astronauts from the Apollo 11 landing site, Moltke probably being the biggest. Moltke is visible to the unaided eye from Earth. The other nearby craters require a pretty good telescope to see. Picrel related.
