I bet you missed to fact that the President takes the ACTUAL oath of office before they ever step outside for the public show .
Obama flubbed his lines on one of his inaugurations. People were worried that it might not be legal released the information that, "naw, he already did it just fine and it's all good."
I imagine, same thing with Trump.
