THIS IS WHERE THE FIGHT FOR MY LIFE GETS VERY REAL - I was just informed on Monday the 11th while heading back from the Vindicated Conference by my lawyers in Canada that the Crown Attorneys and the residing Judge in Ottawa have revoked my lawyers right to appear on my behalf and demanded that I appear in Ottawa Court in person to answer one simple question. Am I going to be attending my Trial scheduled for Oct, Nov, and Dec of 2025 in person? If I do not appear in person on Aug 26th, the court will hold me in breech, so that they can then proceed with an Extradition Warrant for my arrest and potential return back to Canada.

Where this all started: Appx 6 weeks ago, the crown approached my lawyers via email wanting info about my political asylum status that my lawyers could not answer. So a JPT was held on Fri Aug 8th and Mon Aug 11th where my lawyers were in court at the request of the Crown wanting to know about my Political Asylum application of which my Canadian lawyers have provided the Crown and residing Judge receipt of me filing for Political Asylum in the USA. My lawyers in USA have advised me that I can not return to Canada. The Crown and Judge knows this and yet they still continue to double down and commit lawfare against me and my Canadian Lawyer (for two days they fought it out over one question am I going to be attending my trial in person starting in October). The ANSWER is NO, I will never return to Canada because that would put my political asylum case in jeopardy. THE CROWN AND JUDGE KNOW THIS. Prior to the 8th, my lawyers and the crown met and discussed the correct way to proceed would be to adjourn my trial pending the result of my political asylum application. This is where is gets crazy, they get into court and the Crown flips flops and is pissed off that they have lost control and are desperate, because they realize they need a reason they can breech me before October… which is why they removed my Canadian Lawyers right to appear on my behalf and have demanded that I appear in person on Aug 26th.

What happens next: On Aug 26th, my lawyer will appear without me, repeat the same message, that I can not return to Canada as per my USA Lawyers advice and ask for an adjournment The judge and crown can then proceed with a breech, and issue an Extradition Warrant which can take years to process.

Just so you know, an Extradition Warrant takes years to process. This is not something I will wake up on the 27th and have police putting me in handcuffs and flying me back to Canada. I assure you lots of rumors will start over this because people will have opinions, yet they will never be entitled to the truth.

How this works - I hire another criminal lawyer in the USA and I appear in court in the USA where I have the upper hand. REMEMBER I am deeply protected by International Laws because of my Political Asylum Status - and the 1st Amendment which has no loop holes unlike the Charter of No Rights and the not withstanding clause that the crown has abused to politically prosecute the Freedom Convoy.

NOTE: I have undisputable, factual evidence contained in my Political Asylum Application that can expose the Federal Government (Justin Trudeau and other former ministers), Attorney General and Crown Prosecutors and how they have intentionally violated hundreds of Canadians Rights by committing lawfare, and political persecution against myself and 272 Freedom Convoy participants nation wide. All that evidence gets exposed down here in USA PUBLIC COURT (you will be able to watch this unfold - the main stream media will be all over this case) as it will fracture the safe country agreement between Canada and USA for the first time in history.
