first thing is, they used a female translator for putins voice. (that is not right, it loses context and she is not very good). and she is talking over him.

seems there was on point which must have been a important one which stopped it being a deal making meeting.
putin was careful with his words, and tried to say that his economy had gone up by 20% during the war, That was before trump hit the world with tariffs.
Trump said he will make the calls and a further meeting can take place soon and hope that putin will come back soon.
putin said next time in moscow. (that was something out of the blue).
It will not habben until a deal is made.
it was a tactical move from putin and trump should not do it even from a point of quid pro quo as putin does not hold any cards.
