In April, at an extraordinary meeting of the World Economic Forum (“WEF”) board, Klaus Schwab announced he was stepping down with immediate effect and bogeyman Peter Brabeck-Letmathe was appointed the interim Chairman.
On 15 August, with the completion of the investigation into Klaus Schwab and his wife Hilde, Brabeck-Letmathe has stepped down from his role as interim Chairman.
On the same day, the World Economic Forum announced the appointment of Larry Fink, Chairman and CEO of BlackRock, as interim co-chairman alongside André Hoffmann, Vice Chairman of pharmaceutical and diagnostic giant Roche. This appointment takes effect immediately.
Much has been written about Larry Fink and BlackRock, so in this article, we explore André Hoffmann’s background.
Fink’s appointment as interim co-chairman marks a pivotal moment in the convergence of traditional finance and digital assets, as he has become one of Wall Street’s most prominent advocates for Bitcoin, despite previously being a vocal sceptic.

Who is André Hoffmann?
A lot has been written over the years about Larry Fink and the infamous BlackRock. In this article, we’ll explore Fink’s new WEF partner in crime: André Hoffmann.
Since 2006, Swiss businessman André Hoffman has been the Vice Chairman of Roche Holding AG, the family business. He also sits on the Board of SystemIQ, and WEF’s Board of Trustees and the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He is also on the Board of Fellows for the School of Medicine at Stanford Medicine.
Additionally, according to Wikispooks, he is a member of the Club of Rome, the Bilderberg Steering Committee, Chatham House Governors and the Global Commission for Post-Pandemic Policy.

According to his biography on the Club of Rome website, “André also has a distinguished career in nature conservation and sustainability. He is the President of the MAVA Foundation, and also of Fondation Tour du Valat [in the Camargue, France]. He is also Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Hoffmann Global Institute in Business and Society at INSEAD [in Fontainebleau, France].”
“He served on the board of WWF International for 19 years (the last 10 years as Vice President), Wetlands International, Global Footprint Network and FIBA,” Hoffmann’s biography on Stanford Medicine states. “His philanthropic activity focuses on sustainable impact in many other organisations, mostly in the field of Education.”
Hoffmann is a leader and core funder of a group that calls itself “The B Team,” a group founded by Virgin Group’s Sir Richard Branson and President, CEO and Chair of Harley-Davidson, Jochen Zeitz. Hoffman has been “providing unrestricted support to The B Team since 2020.” A group that is “creating new norms of corporate leadership grounded in sustainability, equality and accountability.”

André Hoffmann’s father was Luc Hoffmann, a conservationist and philanthropist who was also a member of the board of the family business, Roche Holding AG. Luc played a significant role in Roche and environmental initiatives, including helping to establish the World Wildlife Fund (“WWF”), serving as director of Wetlands International, establishing the Tour du Valat research centre, and founding the MAVA Foundation in 1994, which André later led until its closure in 2022; in fact, for many of these organisations to which Luc belonged, André succeeded him. Luc passed away in July 2016.

It seems “Lukas Hoffmann” is the same person as “Luc Hoffmann,” André’s father. This is confirmed in an analysis of the club’s membership lists by Dutch independent researcher Joël van der Reijden, who noted the following:

A Taste of What the 1001 Club is About
According to Wikipedia, the “1001 Club,” also known as “The 1001: A Nature Trust,” is a financial endowment established in 1970 by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, then-head of the World Wide Fund for Nature (“WWF”), with assistance from South African entrepreneur Anton Rupert. When the initiative was launched, the stated aim was to help fund WWF by creating a $10 million fund by securing contributions of $10,000 each from 1,001 individuals.
It should be noted that Anton Rupert, a South African businessman who was a co-founder of WWF, was an ally of the Oppenheimer family, according to van der Reijden. And the Oppenheimers have been very close to the Rothschilds.
Proving it is a clandestine operation, Wikipedia also notes, “Membership of the 1001 Club is confidential. WWF refuses to give information about the members of the club … Many of the 1001 Club members were from the banking sector, other business sectors, intelligence and the military, or were heads of state.” The club’s membership list was believed to reflect Prince Bernhard’s personal circle and the influence of leading South African personalities.
According to Wikispooks, the 1001 Club emerged out of the Bilderberg Steering Committee in the late 1960s. The Bilderberg Steering Committee chooses the guests and so plays an important role in the Bilderberg meetings. Members of the Steering Committee are chosen by the even more select Bilderberg Advisory Committee.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In the wake of a whistleblower's claim that he approved the leaking of classified information in an attempt to take down President Donald Trump, Senator Adam Schiff expressed worry that his legal troubles would make it hard for him to afford his upcoming head reduction surgery.
Schiff, who is also embroiled in a scandal stemming from allegations that he committed mortgage fraud, reportedly told those close to him that these ongoing controversies could pose a significant roadblock in his effort to have his freakishly large head surgically reduced.
"What am I going to do about my giant watermelon head now?" he asked one staff member in his office. "I already have my head reduction surgery scheduled, but Trump and his cronies are turning up the heat on me. I'm up to my neck in this legal mess. Schiff's aides revealed that he feared the charges against him could result in prison time, which would preclude him from having any opportunity to live the rest of his life as a man with a normal, human-sized head. "He's terrified that the surgery won't happen," the insider said. "He's been looking forward to this procedure for years, but it'll all come crashing down if he goes to prison. He'd just be stuck in a cell with his giant head for years."
At publishing time, Schiff had introduced legislation that would require taxpayer funding for federal prison inmates to receive head-reduction surgery.

Trump White House Advisor Stephen Miller absolutely torched California’s crooked Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom and corrupt Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass during an appearance on Fox News on Saturday evening.
LA Mayor Karen Bass fumed this week as Border Patrol Agents arrived outside of Newsom’s press conference on the Democrats’ plan to eliminate five GOP House seats.
Bass was angry that federal agents were arresting her favorite ‘constituents’ – illegal alien criminals.

Stephen Miller accused Newsom and Karen Bass of facilitating child trafficking.
“They are guilty of crimes against humanity for their facilitating child trafficking sex trafficking! They think this is a game. They think this is a joke. This is life and death!” Miller said. “The mayor of Los Angeles and the governor of California run the largest sanctuary city and the largest sanctuary state in America. They refused to turn over tens of thousands of serial criminal illegal aliens to ICE — they get cut loose. They can go on to commit crimes like assaults, armed robbery, home invasion and murder – the most unimaginable, egregious crimes you can think of.”
“All of that blood, all of that suffering, all of that heartache squarely on the soul and conscience of California’s governor and the mayor of Los Angeles,” he said.
