Quick OT question for Anons

Anon has rusty sprinkler spray marks on our home,

tried CLR NOPE

tried hydrogen peroxide / white vinegar 50/50 MEH

The home is painted stucco on block so anon is trying not to strip the paint while cleaning.

I'm sure one of you brilliant anons knows how to get this rust off? HELP
