I agree 100%. I was working on tech 5 years ago but got chemically attacked which took 7 months before I got it under control, and just recently have gotten a little better where I can now actually get back into it. But even our open source software is now being compromised. For example, when I installed linux recently, I tried about 10 different things to get my fonts in my terminal viewable, nothing worked from help boards. There was a command that use to be run that was taken out of the setup that you had to manually run yourself which you never had to. They do this, so you give up.
