Woman gets a restraining order on a man, so retard in blue thinks he gets to pull her over and demand ID from every man she's with to make sure he's not the guy with the restraining order.

Blatant crime, blatantly illegal stop, blatantly illegal demand for ID, blatant deprivation of rights under color of law, but as usual they face zero consequences for their unlawful actions.

==Trooper claims recording them is "distracting" and interference, even though it is a well established constitutional right. Arizona tried setting an 8 foot minimum distance to record law enforcement you're not interacting with, it was ruled unconstitutional by a federal court because it's just that, unconstitutional.

Other states have tried 20 feet and have been ruled unconstitutional. We have the first amendment protected right to freedom of press, that includes BOTH theCOLLECTIONof andDISSEMINATIONof information of public interest to the public. Our right to record police AND THOSE THEY'RE DEALING WITH in public from close enough to see and hear everything is WELL established and above the feelings of cowards. Our right to speak is ALSO well established and upheld that it can not be interference.

So, WHY are cops violating CLEARLY established rights daily across the nation?

Because they've been getting away with it.

This woman cop just committed a federal crime on video, as do MANY EVERY SINGLE DAY, so what happened to no one being above the law?
