I think these people are actually insane, mass psychosis formation.

I was talking to a friend that is a psychologist last night, and he's seeing friends he's known for years, that used to be conservative the are afraid of leaving their house because the husband came from Canada, but he's had a green card since he got here. And these people live near Mt Shasta. They actually believe ICE will come to Shasta and pick him up.

It's really pure insanity, some of his friends I knew, I was blown away.

I really have no idea how they can be deprogrammed or healed. I think they only way is to cut off all news for 2 years, including FOX. I think the harmful frequency has been turned up on news and they go more insane. This is just weird.

Zelensky hits Trump with power move at White House showdown after president offered Putin swathes of Ukraine: Live updates

(The DM has been particularly nasty to Trump lately, on orders from the Murdoch’s)

PHILLIP NIETO, KATRINA SCHOLLENBERGER, NIKKI SCHWAB, UPDATED: 14:30 EDT, 18 August 20251/3

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived to the White House for historic talks with President Donald Trump and aimed at ending the Ukraine-Russia war. Zelensky will be joined by UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, Italy's Giorgia Meloni, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Germany’s Friedrich Merz and more.

The Ukrainian president appeared without a tie for the meeting. It was a bold statement after his appearance in military fatigues stirred controversy during his last Oval Office visit six months ago.

That earlier trip descended into chaos when Zelensky clashed with Trump and Vice President JD Vance, and ended with the Ukrainian leader being kicked out of the White House.

It comes months after Trump's disastrous shouting match with Zelensky that ended with the Ukrainian leader being 'kicked out' of the White House.

Trump posted a flurry of seemingly angry social media rants overnight tearing into the 'fake news' for calling his upcoming White House meeting with world leaders a 'big loss'. 'Actually, it is a great honor for America!!!' he insisted.

The president also defended his high-stakes meeting with Russian President Putin on Friday in Alaska, which ended without a ceasefire deal or rough framework for peace with Ukraine.

President Donald Trump did not rule out sending U.S. troops to Ukraine to enforce security gurantees.

During the president's meeting in the Oval Office with Zelensky, a reporter asked Trump if U.S. troops would be used to enforce security gurantees for Ukraine as part of the peace process with Russia.

Trump did not rule out the idea of using U.S. troops to enforce the peace agreement, while also indicating European leaders are willing to contribute towards the security gurantee.

'And we'll help them out with that,' Trump noted.(That means he’ll get Europeans to help, it made it extremely clear US Troops will not be used.)

How war-torn Ukraine could be carved up with Russia demanding the entire Donbas

Volodymyr Zelensky met Donald Trump on Monday for crunch talks on the war in Ukraine in the wake of the U.S. president's historic summit with Vladimir Putin in Alaska last week.

Trump heralded 'great progress' with his Russian counterpart as they emerged from their face-to-face meeting on Friday, but the exact details of what was said has remained closely guarded.

Sources familiar with the talks said that Putin demanded Ukraine withdraw from Donetsk and Luhansk, industrial oblasts straddling the Donbas region. Russia would then agree to freeze battle lines as they lay. Zelensky was said to have rejected the demands.

As the Russian advance continues, Putin's designs on Ukraine have hardened, not relaxed. Trump on Sunday shrugged that Zelensky should also accept Russia's illegal 2014 annexation of Crimea

Zelensky is expected to meet Trump for crunch talks on the war in Ukraine in the wake of the U.S. president's historic summit with Vladimir Putin in Alaska last week.

Zelensky takes question about redrawing Ukraine map to get peace

Ukraine President Zelensky responded to a question about exchanging Ukranian territory in order for peace with Russia.

Inside the Oval Office, Fox News reporter PeterDoocy asked Zelensky if he's 'prepared to keep sending Ukranian troops to their deaths for another couple of years, or are you going to agree to redraw the maps?' Zelensky responded by reaffirming his commitment to working with Trump to achieve peace in the region.

Trump refuses to say if White House meetings will lead to a deal

President Donald Trump refused to say if today's meetings at the White House will result in a Ukraine peace deal.

As he sat next to Zelensky in the Oval Office on Monday, a reporter asked the president the following: 'Is today’s meeting deal or no deal?'

Trump responded, 'I can never say that. It’s never the end of the road. People are being killed and we want to stop that. So, I would not say it’s the end of the road.'

Trump will call Russian President Vladimir Putin shortly after his private meeting with the Ukrainian leader in the Oval Office ends. 'He’s expecting my call when we’re finished with this meeting,' Trump said.

He said he would raise the idea of a trilateral meeting between the himself and the conflicting world leaders.

'We may or may not have a trilat. If we don’t have a trilat, then the fighting continues, and if we do, we have a good chance — I think if we have a trilat, there’s a good chance of maybe ending it' he continued.

Putin thanked Trump for a 'constructive' meeting last week in Alaska, despite the two being unable to reach a 'major breakthrough' on the war in Ukraine.

The leaders met for approximately 2.5 hours behind closed doors at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson on Friday.

After the meeting concluded, Trump and Putin delivered a brief joint press conference, exchanging pleasantries.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wore more formal attire on Monday for his meeting with President Donald Trump at the White House.

The Ukrainian president wore a 'suit-style' black jacket over a buttoned up black collared shirt, a step up from the black military sweater that he wore to his ill-fated meeting in February.Noticeably, the Ukrainian leader was not wearing a tie for his meeting with Trump

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky plans to wear something different on Monday for his meeting with President Donald Trump at the White House, according to a report.

Zelensky opens Oval Office meeting by thanking First Lady Melania Trump

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky opened his meeting with President Donald Trump in the Oval Office by praising Melania Trump.

Last week, the first lady penned a personal 'peace letter' to Vladimir Putin asking him to protect innocent children in the Ukraine war.

Although the first lady did not attend the Alaska summit on Friday, the letter was given to Putin via President Donald Trump.

Zelensky thanked the first lady and presented Trump with a letter from his wife, Ukraine First Lady Olena Zelenska, penned for Melania.

Zelensky defies Trump minutes after US President lays out his terms for peace - setting up another showdown at White House TODAY

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky appears to have already rejected President Donald Trump's terms for a peace plan with Russia as the two leaders prepare for an Oval Office showdown.

Trump laid out his demands on Sunday night by telling Zelensky to sacrifice Crimea and give up his desire to join NATO in advance of Monday's blockbuster meeting in the White House. Zelensky returns to Washington DC for the first time since their famous bust-up in February.

Unlike on his previous visit, Zelensky will be backed by the UK's Keir Starmer, France's Emmanuel Macron, Germany's Friedrich Merz and Italy's Giorgia Meloni, who will all join him in Washington.Trump posted a dramatic statement that claimed Zelensky could 'end the war with Russia almost immediately' - which the Ukrainian leader rebuked within 90 minutes.

Trump categorically ruled out Zelensky's desire to see Ukraine join NATO and indicated he has no desire to see Crimea returned to Ukrainian rule.

Here are the White House officials joining Trump for Zelensky Oval Office meeting

President Donald Trump will be joined by some of his top diplomatic officials for his upcoming meeting with Zelensky.

A White House official told Fox News reporter Jacqui Heinrich that Trump's upcoming Oval Office will also include the following: Vice President Vance, Secretary Rubio, Chief of Staff Wiles, Special Envoy Witkoff, and Special Envoy Kellogg.

Meanwhile, Zelensky will be flanked by his top advisers, including the head of President’s office Andriy Yermak, national security adviser Rustem Umerov, first deputy foreign minister Serhiy Kyslytsya, and Deputy head of President’s Office Pavlo Palisa.

Last-minute meetings for global leaders are typically rare

Unexpected, last-minute gatherings of world leaders at the White House are exceedingly rare.

Most diplomats interviewed by CNN over the weekend struggled to recall another instance when presidents and prime ministers abruptly cleared their schedules to rush to Washington for urgent talks.

According to European officials, the move underscored both the urgency leaders feel in coordinating with President Donald Trump on the Russia-Ukraine conflict and their concern about being left out of the process.

Zelensky admits territory exchanges on talks agenda

The Ukrainian leader had previously refused to discuss land swaps as part of a resolution to the Ukraine conflict

Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky has acknowledged that territorial exchanges are on the talks agenda at the White House with US President Donald Trump and Kiev’s key Western European backers.

Zelensky had previously refused outright to discuss any loss of land. In the aftermath of last week’s Putin-Trump summit in Alaska, Zelensky reacted to any type of territorial concession stating that “The Constitution of Ukraine does not allow the surrender of territories or the trading of land.”

During his opening remarks at the White House, before meeting with Zelensky, the leaders of the UK, France, Italy, Germany and Finland, as well as the heads of NATO and the European Commission, Trump said the talks would address possible territorial exchanges. He described the current front lines as “the war zone, war lines that are pretty obvious – very sad to look at,” and added that any decision on the matter “can only be made by Zelensky and the people of Ukraine working together, and by President Putin.”

Zelensky followed up by thanking the American President for a map Trump had apparently used in discussions with the Ukrainian leader.

Russian President Vladimir Putin restated after the talks in Anchorage that the key to the settlement of the conflict is the elimination of its root causes.

According to the Russian side, in order for lasting peace to be achieved, Ukraine should renounce its ambitions for NATO membership, demilitarize, and recognize the current territorial realities, including the status of Crimea as well as of the People Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, and Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, which voted to become parts of Russia in 2022.

‘No NATO but we’ll still protect Ukraine’ – Trump

Kiev will not be allowed to join the military bloc but will receive Washington’s protection, according to the US president

Ukraine will not join the NATO military bloc but will receive protection from Washington, US President Donald Trump said on Sunday.

Speaking at the White House with Vladimir Zelensky ahead of meetings with the Ukrainian leader and his Western European backers,Trump said: “No NATO but we’ll protect them.”

Trump was askedif security guarantees for Kievcould involve US troops.

“We’ll let you know that maybe later today, we’re meeting with the leaders of seven great countries. There will be a lot of help.Europe is the first line of defense because they are there, but we’re going to help, we’ll be involved.

Kiev has made joining NATO a central pillar of its response to the escalation of the Ukraine conflict in 2022. Despite multiple pledges from NATO state leaders, no invitation was issued.

Asked about sending peacekeepers, Trump said:“We’re gonna work with Ukraine, we’re gonna work with everybody”to make sure the peace is “very long term.”

Zelensky and Western European leaders are meeting with Trump and his team at the White House, days after Trump’s summit with Putin in Alaska on Friday, which both sides described as “warm” and “constructive.”

(This is very clear to me that the US will not be sending US military troops to protect them, that’s up to the nuts over there. There will just be assistance from across the sea. Helping them can mean many different things. I can't stand that the US has to be involved at all.)
