Grassley Exposes Biden-Harris Regime for Dumping 11,000 Migrant Kids with UNVETTED Strangers — No Home Checks for 79,000 Children Under 12 According to New HHS Data
The Biden-Harris border catastrophe has now reached a shocking new low.
Newly released data from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), made public by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), reveals that the Biden regime handed over more than 11,000 migrant children to strangers who were never vetted, fingerprinted, or background-checked, in direct violation of federal law.
Even more disturbing, the regime skipped home studies for more than 79,000 children under the age of 12, abandoning basic child protection measures designed to keep kids safe from predators, traffickers, and criminals.
“[Today] I released HHS data [that] exposes [the] Biden-Harris [administration] [for] placing [over] 11,000 migrant children [with] unvetted sponsors [and] not conducting home studies for [over] 79,000 migrant kids. Thankfully, the Trump [administration] has launched an interagency initiative [to finally] address these issues [and end] the abuse,” Grassley wrote on X.
He continued, “Biden-Harris admin refused to comply w my multiple investigative requests for this info. NUMBERS T LIE. It’s plain as day the last admin mismanaged the program [and ]put kids at risk.”
A newly released letter from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to Senator Chuck Grassley reveals that the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) let 65,000 “Notices of Concern” pile up UNADDRESSED between 2021 and 2024.
These “Notices of Concern” include reports of missing children, abuse, neglect, sex trafficking, and organized crime connections.Federal law requires them to be acted on within 24 hours.
Instead, the Biden-Harris team buried them while they rushed to clear out overcrowded detention facilities and secretly shipped children off to unvetted “sponsors.”
According to the HHS data summary, between January 2021 and January 2025, 11,488 migrant children were placed with unvetted sponsors who were neither parents nor legal guardians, and never subjected to the mandatory FBI fingerprinting process.
Federal statute (8 U.S.C. 1232(c)(3)(A)) clearly requires these checks, but the Biden regime simply ignored the law.
That means more than 1 in 10 migrant children who were handed over to strangers were placed in households where the government never bothered to confirm whether adults were criminals, abusers, or traffickers.

Carbon Capture fractions. A corporate con-job on the taxpayer dime
Australia’s best-known Carbon Capture & Storage plant captures a mere fraction of the total emissions it generates.
Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) is supposed to be the solution to permit high-emissions fossil fuels, with fossil fuel firms having claimed for decades that it allows uninterrupted use of their product. Governments around the world have fallen for it, contributing at least US$30B in subsidies, including over $1.3B by Australian governments.
However, it’s been well documented that despite this investment (and the associated private spend), the amount of carbon sequestered globally is still trivial – equivalent to less than three Australian coal-fired power stations.
Despite this, Santos recently hailed “growing recognition of carbon capture and storage potential” based on a report from EY. It’s clear that they’re not giving up on the con just yet.
And Gorgon, Chevron’s ‘flagship’ CCS project in Western Australia, captures as little as 1% of the emissions it produces.
CCS methods explained
The storage bit of CCS generally involves either injecting carbon dioxide deep underground (geological storage), converting it to an inert solid (mineralisation) and/or using captured carbon dioxide in fuels, plastics or chemicals (which may just kick the emissions can down the road to the product’s end of life).
Despite the publicity, many people are still sketchy on the details, including that there are several different types of carbon capture that achieve different objectives. Broadly, they can be classified as follows:
Post-combustion, which involves retrofitting a factory or coal/gas power station to capture the carbon dioxide, also known as ‘point source capture’. There are currently no commercial-scale post-combustion CCS plants operating in Australia. It’s expensive and energy-intensive.
Direct Air Capture (DAC) extracts carbon dioxide directly from ambient air using a chemical process and energy. The largest such plant, in Iceland, was recently found to be emitting more than it captures. Again, nothing is operating at any useful scale in Australia (or, indeed, in the world).
Wellhead CCS exists because many underground methane (aka “natural” or fossil gas) reservoirs have a fair proportion of carbon dioxide mixed in them. Both carbon dioxide and methane are greenhouse gases, but when it comes to gas drilling, methane is the product, while carbon dioxide is the unwanted by-product.
So, instead of venting the carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, wellhead CCS tries to capture and bury (sequester) it in a stable geological formation.
The only commercial-scale plants in Australia – Chevron’s troubled Gorgon plant, and Santos’ Moomba plant – are Wellhead CCS, which is the focus of the rest of this article.

Rev. Johnnie Moore, appointed two months ago as chairman of the Gaza Humanitarian Fund (GHF) and a member of President Donald Trump’s Evangelical Advisory Board, has been living under heavy security in recent weeks after credible threats to his life and vandalism at his northern Virginia home. Police confirmed they are investigating two credible death threats and arrested a suspect linked to property damage near his residence.
Outside Moore’s neighborhood in Prince William County, about 50 pro-Palestinian activists have staged near-daily protests, shouting “war criminal” whenever he leaves his home. Graffiti has been sprayed on nearby walls, accusing him of “killing Palestinians for money,” calling him a “baby killer,” and labeling him a “genocider.”
Protests were organized by the Palestinian Youth Movement, which vowed: “We will remain in the streets, outside the homes of these criminals, until the siege on Gaza is lifted, aid enters, an arms embargo is imposed on the Zionist entity, and all of Palestine is liberated, from the river to the sea.”
The demonstrations have also targeted John Acree, GHF interim CEO. Speaking at a Chabad event in Washington, Moore said, “I never thought doing something so morally right would put me in danger. If they are doing this to force us to stop, the result will be the opposite. Every attack, every threat, every lie is further proof that our work is right and necessary.”
Moore described the harassment as “domestic terrorism,” adding: “I believe some things are simple—for example, if Hamas opposes you, it probably means you’re doing the right thing. These secular attempts to stop us from saving lives only make us more determined to save lives.”
The Gaza Humanitarian Fund was created in May with the backing of the U.S. and Israeli governments to coordinate the distribution of humanitarian aid in Gaza. However, the fund has faced sharp criticism in recent months, including from pro-Israel groups in the U.S. Reports claimed food and medicine distribution sites became dangerously overcrowded, with Palestinians crushed in the masses and some killed by live fire.
The IDF has acknowledged firing warning shots near aid distribution centers. Moore said the reports were “blown out of proportion,” though he admitted: “There were civilians killed trying to reach the sites, and the army admitted responsibility. We believe the number is relatively small, but even one life lost is too many.”
At the Washington event, Moore emphasized Jewish-Christian partnership. “Your book is also our book, your values are our values, your heroes are our heroes. I stand here today as a Christian blessed by Israel and the Jewish people, because the Bible we Christians love and cherish is a Jewish book,” he said.

Washington State improperly issued the driver a full-term CDL. Asylum seekers or illegal aliens are NOT allowed to receive this!

New Mexico failed to conduct an English Language Proficiency test when they pulled the driver over for speeding. Had they done this, the driver would not have been on the road!

We are also looking into California’s issuance of the driver’s CDL.
States MUST FOLLOW THE RULES. If they had, this driver would NEVER have been behind the wheel and three precious lives would still be with us.
The failures here are despicable. Non-enforcement and radical immigration policies have turned the trucking industry into a lawless frontier, resulting in unqualified foreign drivers improperly acquiring licenses to operate 40-ton vehicles.
