This video is an interview with Dr. Lawrence Dunegan, who is describing a talk that was given to him and a number of other doctors in 1969 by Dr.Richard Day, Medical Director of Planned Parenthood at that time. The talk given by Day describes social changes he said would occur, to put in chan speak, chicks will turn into ho's and dudes will turn into fags.
