Appears to say that Hillary has no idea what happens when she forwards personal or business emails to her office as secretary of state.
She has an obligation to safeguard classified information.
In this email she is declaring she has no idea what steps are required to protect the nation's security. Even though everyone with a classification is briefed on it and gets follow-up briefings to make sure they're aware of the requirements.
This paper alone is probably enough to secure a conviction.
